Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of sales programs, customer relations, and channel development in the Brazilian market, ensuring maximum market coverage and penetration.
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new customers, distributors, and channel partners, with a strong focus on eTailer platforms such as Amazon Brazil, Kabum, Pichau, Terabyte
- Cultivate and manage key customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, conduct cost and price assessments, and develop competitive strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Sellers training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare and present accurate, timely reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Align strategies with market demands, focusing on immersive products and advanced systems to meet customer needs and drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3 or more experience in sales, preferably in sales management or related roles.
- Spoken and written English, Portuguese
- Proficient in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Advanced Office.
