The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will: (responsibilities)'Key ResponsibilitiesCo-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team’s efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.• Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.• Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.• Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.• Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails and project documents.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more) and their integration points.Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.What can you expect from us?• Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.• Opportunities to work outside Brazil• A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.What do we offer?TCS Benefits – Brazil:Health insuranceDental PlanLife insuranceTransportation vouchersMeal/Food VoucherChildcare assistanceGympassTCS Cares – free 0800 that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social and financial assistance to associatesPartnership with SESCReimbursement of CertificationsFree TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live trainingInternational experience opportunityDiscount Partnership with Universities and Language SchoolsBring Your Buddy – By referring people you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hireTCS Gems – Recognition for performanceXcelerate – Free Mentoring Career PlatformAt TATA Consultancy Services we promote an inclusive culture, we always work for equity.
