Customer Relationship Manager

Estamos em busca de um Customer Relationship Manager para integrar a uma estrutura de atendimento a grandes contas em uma multinacional de destaque, localizada na região de Barueri/SP. Este profissional será o ponto central de contato para clientes estratégicos do setor automotivo, liderando a jornada de relacionamento e garantindo a excelência operacional.
Missão do Cargo
Gerenciar o relacionamento com contas estratégicas (Key Accounts) do setor automotivo, atuando como o elo entre as necessidades do cliente e a entrega da organização. O foco está em maximizar a satisfação, garantir a retenção e otimizar processos comerciais e operacionais que sustentem o crescimento do negócio.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Gestão de Relacionamento (Account Management): Atuar como o principal interlocutor do cliente, desenvolvendo parcerias de longo prazo e garantindo que os objetivos estratégicos de ambas as partes sejam atingidos.
- Implementação e Onboarding: Liderar a entrada de novas contas, assegurando que todos os requisitos operacionais e comerciais sejam implementados dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade.
- Governança Operacional: Supervisionar processos críticos como faturamento, repasse de prêmios, fluxos de comissionamento e sinistros, garantindo a conformidade e a eficiência.
- Sinergia Interna: Colaborar ativamente com áreas de suporte (Operações, TI e Finanças) para alinhar fluxos e resolver gargalos que impactem a experiência do cliente.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Realizar a análise mensal de KPIs de performance e preparar materiais gerenciais de alto impacto para apresentações de resultados (QBRs) junto à diretoria e aos clientes.
- Presença Estratégica: Conduzir reuniões presenciais e visitas técnicas para alinhamento operacional e fortalecimento do networking institucional.
Requisitos Técnicos
- Experiência: Sólida vivência em gestão de relacionamento corporativo (Customer Relationship Management) e gestão de contas B2B.
- Expertise Setorial: Conhecimento profundo do setor Automotivo e/ou mercado de Seguros.
- Gestão de Projetos: Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis ou tradicionais (PDCA, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ferramentas: Domínio de sistemas de CRM (Salesforce, SAP ou similares). Excel Avançado e familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (Power BI).
- Idiomas: Inglês Avançado
