About the position:

We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist who will be responsible for creating a variety of high-quality skins and assets for in-game use, conveying the artistic direction of the assigned art lead and aligning with the product's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create characters, skins, assets, environments, or any other concepts needed during game development
  • Provide reference material for 3D artists and animators to execute their processes more efficiently and effectively, considering technical and product constraints.
  • Support the marketing team by providing visual concepts to ensure consistency between published materials and the game.
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure the art direction remains consistent across all assets produced.
  • Participate in team discussions, promoting and encouraging the generation of new ideas and concepts to creatively develop the projects."


Main job requirements:

  • Completed superior's degree in Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related fields;
  • Solid experience in creating assets for games or a similar field;
  • Specific Tool Skills: Adobe Photoshop;
  • Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese;
  • Intermediate/Advanced english skills;
  • Passionate about the gaming universe;
  • Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.


Desirable knowledges | experience:

  • Knowledge of 3D software
  • Deep understanding of fundamental art principles (color, composition, value/lighting, form)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide and accept constructive criticism.
  • Strong understanding of the design process
  • Familiarity with pop culture, including movies, series and multimedia content.
