Como será o seu dia a dia na CUB?
Resolver desafios: Ser a ponte entre a CUB e nossos clientes, garantindo que suas dores sejam solucionadas com empatia e rapidez.
Gerar insights: Produzir relatórios estratégicos para monitorar performance e oferecer recomendações claras e eficientes.
Ensinar e capacitar: Realizar treinamentos para manter nossos parceiros sempre atualizados sobre as melhores práticas e ferramentas.
Colaborar: Trabalhar junto com as áreas comercial e de tecnologia para integrar novos clientes e otimizar processos internos.
Inovar: Propor melhorias nos fluxos e ajudar a construir uma experiência que encanta.

REQUISITOS
Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas (obrigatório).
Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo (3x na semana presencial).
Familiaridade com ferramentas como Pipefy, Excel e SQL será um diferencial.
