As an AI Engineer at Elastacloud (An Acora Group Company), you will join a team of talented AI engineers to implement and deploy AI-driven solutions across various industries. You will be responsible for developing AI strategies, ensuring the successful execution of AI projects, and contribute to the development of AI tools and platforms. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, review and implement AI solution designs, and ensure that Acora remains at the forefront of AI innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design & Development:

  • Join teams for development and implementation of AI solutions and systems for clients across various sectors.
  • Propose a broad spectrum of different ideas to complex problems, with the ability to quickly test and iterate to identify the best performing solution
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Cloud Engineering and UI designers and developers to design scalable, cloud-based AI architectures.
  • Stay ahead of the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve Acora’s AI offerings.

Client Engagement & Project Delivery:

  • Work with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Be a team player and help to ensure the timely and successful delivery of AI projects, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and impact.
  • Be able to present AI strategies, solutions, and project outcomes to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Nurture client relationships, whilst building credibility and trust through consistent high-quality delivery.

Operational Excellence:

  • Be part of the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions, ensuring they perform reliably at scale.
  • Develop frameworks and processes to ensure AI models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory standards.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • English is a MUST.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML engineer roles, ideally in consultancy or enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MCP, Azure AI Foundry, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native AI/ML architectures.
  • Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle management, including explainability, ethics, and fairness in AI.
  • Basic stakeholder management and client-facing experience, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, Javascript.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing is a plus.
