Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an Atlassian Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, providing training to clients, and ensuring the smooth integration of Atlassian tools into their workflow. You will also consult on best practices, develop custom solutions to meet client needs, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Qualifications Experience with configuring and implementing Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and JSMStrong knowledge of DevOps practices and ITSM methodologiesProficiency in agile methodologies and AI solutions for Atlassian toolsSkills in providing training and support for Atlassian toolsExcellent communication and consulting skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus
