Estamos buscando um(a) Operations / Process Manager para estruturar, otimizar e escalar nossos processos internos. O foco é simples: transformar estratégia em execução previsível, rápida e com qualidade.


Responsabilidades

  • Desenhar e otimizar processos operacionais end-to-end;
  • Criar rotinas claras de execução, acompanhamento e accountability;
  • Definir e acompanhar métricas operacionais (SLAs, throughput, gargalos);
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima com produto, dados, engenharia e comercial;
  • Estruturar playbooks, fluxos e documentação viva;
  • Identificar ineficiências e resolver com soluções práticas.


Perfil Ideal

  • Forte orientação à execução e resolução de problemas com alta responsividade;
  • Capacidade de organizar ambientes complexos e pouco estruturados;
  • Experiência em operações, processos, PMO, consulting, startups ou tech;
  • Conforto com dados, métricas e ferramentas operacionais;
  • Comunicação direta, baixa tolerância a burocracia.


Diferenciais

  • Experiência em tecnologia, dados, marketplaces ou media/ads;
  • Vivência com automação de processos, APIs ou no-code/low-code.
