Role Description:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support day-to-day online store operations. This role involves managing product listings, processing orders, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will help maintain accurate store data, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date
• Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics or fulfillment teams
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock updates
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions on the online store
• Maintain documentation, reports, and store analytics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or online store management is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
