Na Pilar, nosso time comercial trabalha com foco total em proporcionar uma assessoria completa e especializada durante cada etapa de uma transação imobiliária. Atuamos com uma abordagem consultiva, guiando clientes por negociações complexas com a sofisticação e o cuidado que o mercado de alto padrão exige.


Principais responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir negociações e transações imobiliárias, mantendo um relacionamento próximo com clientes e parceiros;
  • Analisar contratos e documentos de transação, apoiando o jurídico em possíveis ajustes e negociações contratuais;
  • Atuar como intermediário entre os clientes, instituições financeiras e parceiros da Pilar;
  • Preparar e apresentar propostas comerciais estratégicas e personalizadas para clientes de perfil sofisticado.;
  • Acompanhar o processo de fechamento, garantindo excelência em cada etapa e alinhamento com os interesses da empresa e do cliente;
  • Participar ativamente de eventos e redes de relacionamento para ampliar a visibilidade e credibilidade da empresa no mercado de luxo.


É indispensável para essa vaga:

  • Experiência Comercial: sólida experiência em negociação e fechamento de vendas complexas, preferencialmente no mercado de alto padrão;
  • Conhecimento Jurídico: familiaridade com contratos e práticas legais relacionadas a transações imobiliárias;
  • Orientação para Resultados: perfil determinado e focado em alcançar e superar metas de vendas;
  • Capacidade de Construir Relacionamentos: habilidade para desenvolver e manter parcerias estratégicas com clientes e stakeholders relevantes;


É um diferencial:

  • Experiência prévia em startups ou empresas de tecnologia voltadas para o mercado imobiliário;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de CRM (ex.: HubSpot, Salesforce) e habilidades em análise de dados para estratégias de vendas;
