Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos procurando consultor técnico qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe de consultores e desenvolvedores. O candidato tem como principal objetivo desempenhar papel na implementação, customização de soluções em ServiceNow de maneira geral.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Gestão e Implementação: Liderar a implementação, configuração e customização de soluções ServiceNow, incluindo Módulos de ITSM, HRSD, Source-to-Pay, CSM entre outros.

  2. Análise e Design: Trabalhar com stakeholders para entender e traduzir requisitos de negócios em soluções técnicas eficientes e escaláveis.

  3. Suporte e Manutenção: Fornecer suporte avançado e resolução de problemas para incidentes e solicitações relacionados ao ServiceNow.

  4. Documentação: Criar e manter documentação detalhada sobre configurações, processos e fluxos de trabalho no ServiceNow.

  5. Melhoria Contínua: Identificar oportunidades para melhorar processos e sistemas existentes e propor soluções inovadoras.

  6. Treinamento e Suporte: Treinar e orientar membros da equipe e usuários finais sobre a plataforma ServiceNow e melhores práticas, perfil de multiplicador.

  7. Atualizações e Releases: Gerenciar e aplicar atualizações e releases na plataforma, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços e a integração com outras ferramentas.


Requisitos:

  1. Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência trabalhando com a plataforma ServiceNow, incluindo desenvolvimento e administração. Ter participado de no mínimo 3 projetos passando por todas as fases do mesmo, desde sua concepção até Go-Live.

  2. Certificações: CSA, CAD e/ou alguma CIS

  3. Conhecimento Técnico: Proficiência em JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngulasJS e outras tecnologias relevantes; experiência com integração e APIs REST e SOAP.

  4. Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidade de analisar e resolver problemas complexos e fornecer soluções eficazes.

  5. Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com stakeholders e fornecer suporte técnico.

  6. Trabalho em Equipe: Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta pressão.

  7. Educação: Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

  8. Metodologia: Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e práticas DevOps.


Diferenciais:

  1. Experiência prévia em ambientes corporativos complexos.

  2. Controle de Versão: Familiaridade com Git/GitLab.

  3. Inglês Técnico: Conhecimento para leitura e entendimento de documentação
