About the Role


We are looking for a Mid-Level Buyer (Indirect Materials) to support a project focused on the formalization and management of supplier contracts. This role will play a key part in transitioning suppliers that currently operate through purchase orders into a contract-based model within Coupa, ensuring legal compliance, process efficiency, and risk mitigation.

The selected professional will work closely with procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders to implement best practices in contract management and indirect purchasing.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2 to 4 years of experience in indirect purchasing or procurement, with proven experience in contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of negotiation and contract analysis.
  • Hands-on experience managing contracts, including term control, clause review, and compliance tracking.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Intermediate English level (preferred).
