Role Overview


We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in marketing and agency experience. This person will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering bespoke solutions that align with our digital and influencer marketing strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand clients, agencies, and media partners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Latin America and beyond
  • Present and pitch MCN and influencer marketing solutions tailored to client objectives
  • Collaborate with strategy and content teams to craft winning proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that contribute to long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in a marketing or media agency
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing trends
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality and team-player spirit
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
