We are looking for Technical Support ,Onsite in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) The Onsite Support Technician is responsible for end user support and work environment.Responsibilities:. User support. Diagnosis and resolution of IT issues. Equipment configuration and maintenance. Creation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Environment checklistCompetencies:. 10+ years' experience as technical support. Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). Horizontal and Vertical Application Distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP, Atom. Remote Access, Virtual Desktop. MDM, PXE boot. Microsoft 365, Collaboration Suites. Hardware (desktops, laptops). Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN, Vlan, routing protocols). Voice (Hardphone, Softphone, IP phone, Recording, IVR, CTI, Turrets). Smart hands. AV components (Videoconference, display, speaker, mic, hdmi switch). Security (firewalls, VTMs, antivirus, proxy, SASE). Service Desk/ITSM systems, Itil. Clarity and objectivity in oral and written communication.. Intermediate English. Active listening and empathy to understand user needs.. Ability to explain technical solutions in accessible language.. Customer Service (Patience, courtesy).. Proactivity in problem-solving.. Organization and discipline.. Time management.. Resilience under pressure.. Ability to lead other IT teams and vendors.. Results-oriented. Decision-making under pressure.
