Summary of Position: The primary role of a Growth Partner involves working closely with clients to understand their growth challenges and develop recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities: Problem solving, identify key problems and develop innovative solutions; Strategy development, helping clients formulate growth strategies to achieve their objectives; Customer interaction, establish strong relationships with customers, acting as trusted advisors; Teamwork, work in teams with those responsible for the different solutions; Change management, support clients in the implementation of recommended changes and initiatives; Knowledge development, contributing to Winclap's knowledge base by conducting research, creating intellectual property and sharing ideas within the organization; Minimum requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience working on similar positions; University graduate. Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related; Languages: Fluent English; Intermediate Spanish Value oriented. Details: Fulltime.
