The IT Manager (Systems & Infrastructure) will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the SAP system across the company's headquarters and factory. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, including server operations and telecommunications systems, to ensure optimal performance. This manager will also evaluate and manage the company’s broadband capacity, and play a key role in the deployment and ongoing support of the ERP system.


Some of the key activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead the implementation of the SAP system at both the headquarters and manufacturing plant.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Ensure that all IT systems are aligned with business needs and are operating efficiently.
  • Evaluate and manage the company’s broadband capacity to support current and future operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful ERP system deployment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.


A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
  • Experience with broadband management and ensuring network capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
