Estamos em busca de Analista de Negócios RPA altamente qualificado e experiente para integrar nossa equipe. Para esta posição é ideal ter uma sólida experiência em arquitetura de processos, implementação de melhorias e identificação de oportunidades de automação. Será responsável por conduzir análises detalhadas, identificar e implementar estratégias Lean e Six Sigma para otimizar a eficiência operacional e promover a automação de processos.


Responsabilidades:


  • Mapear processo AS-IS, desenhar e redesenhar processos para otimizar a eficiência e qualidade;
  • Realizar diagnósticos detalhados para identificar oportunidades de simplificação e automação de processos;
  • Criar visão de Business Case e ROI das oportunidades identificadas;
  • Conduzir projetos de automação, desde o planejamento até a implementação;
  • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para desenvolver soluções de automação;
  • Implementar metodologias Lean e Six Sigma para promover melhorias contínuas;
  • Fornecer suporte técnico e treinamento para a equipe envolvida em projetos de automação.


Requisitos:


  • Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência comprovada como Analista de Negócios RPA ou em posição similar;
  • Experiência prática com desenho de processos AS-IS e TO-BE e com BPMN;
  • Experiência prática em arquitetura de processos e automação;
  • Certificação Black Belt, Green Belt ou Yellow Belt em Lean Six Sigma;
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipe;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação e RPA (ex.: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft, IBM, Google etc.);
  • Experiência em implementação de soluções RPA e compreensão das melhores práticas de automação.


Desejável:


  • Experiência em liderança de equipes técnicas e gerenciamento de projetos de automação.
  • Compreensão de metodologias ágeis e práticas de desenvolvimento de software.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.


Contratação:


  • PJ;
  • Trabalho prioritariamente Remoto;
  • Projeto de 3 a 6 meses com possibilidade de expansão.
