O que você vai fazer:

  • Integrar um time de Engenheiros de SW de um cliente do setor automotivo, em um time que trabalha com a garantia da qualidade e segurança de sistemas autônomos de direção;
  • Desenvolver ferramentas de compilação, linters e outras ferramentas de automação focadas em qualidade de SW e melhorias no processo de desenvolvimento;
  • Definir e monitorar as métricas de desenvolvimento de software;
  • Suportar a implementação, configuração e manutenção de ferramentas de medição e garantia de qualidade de software;
  • Orientar as equipes de desenvolvimento quanto aos padrões de desenvolvimento e boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software;
  • Trabalhar com todas as partes interessadas para garantir que as métricas de qualidade e desempenho sejam atendidas;
  • Analisar e melhorar os processos de desenvolvimento de SW;
  • Planejar, projetar e definir requisitos, testes e solução de acordo com os padrões de entregas ágeis.


O que estamos buscando:

  • Experiência profissional atuando com desenvolvimento de SW em linguagens de programação, como Python ou C++;
  • Conhecimento de métricas de qualidade de software e ferramentas de análise de código estático (por exemplo: SonarQube, klockwork, CppCheck, etc.);
  • Entusiasta da área de atuação, proativo, resiliente, consciente da qualidade e orientado à resultados;
  • Necessário nível avançado de inglês conversação e escrita.


Será um diferencial se você:

  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software;
  • Experiência na área de Qualidade de Software, incluindo a integração de medições de qualidade em um processo de desenvolvimento moderno e ágil baseado em integração contínua;
  • Conhecimento em Git;
  • Conhecimento em Bazel;
  • Conhecimento das ferramentas de monitoramento Kibana e Grafana;
  • Conhecimento das ferramentas de visualização e análise de dados (ex: Pandas, PySpark, Matplotlib, Plotly, etc.);
  • Superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Engenharia Elétrica ou formação similar.


Onde você vai trabalhar:

  • Esta é uma posição para atuação híbrida, no nosso escritório em Florianópolis ou Porto Alegre.
