Breve Descrição:

Responsável pela identificação conjunta de oportunidades relacionadas a automação e IA de atividades e processos operacionais do atendimento digital, por realizar a governança e curadoria das automações implementadas, bem como a responsabilidade de contribuir com o desenvolvimento de novas soluções de automação/IA personalizadas e/ou prontas para uso alinhadas à evolução do negócio junto ao time de infraestrutura de TI.


Principais atividades:

  • Elaborar o roadmap evolutivo do atendimento digital, considerando a estratégia de negócio e o contexto tecnológico, incluindo a evolução de soluções digitais e iniciativas com agentes de IA.;
  • Estabelecer padrões para soluções para o atendimento digital por meio de contribuições para a criação e manutenção da arquitetura de referência aplicacional, funcional e técnica, garantindo governança e aderência corporativa.
  • Apoiar equipes de negócio e equipes técnicas no direcionamento de soluções para o atendimento digital, contribuindo para decisões arquiteturais em novos projetos ou necessidades evolutivas do atendimento digital.
  • Manter a visão de futuro do atendimento digital, identificando e avaliando gaps da arquitetura atual e propondo melhorias.
  • Buscar e propor oportunidades de evolução do atendimento digital ou adoção de novas práticas tecnológicas, por meio de estudos e prospecção de mercado em Telecom e Digital.
  • Coordenar ou executar a evolução da arquitetura existente utilizando melhores práticas, ferramentas emergentes e alinhamento às diretrizes corporativas.
  • Prospectar e avaliar evoluções aplicacionais em trabalho conjunto com grupos multidisciplinares.
  • Relacionar-se com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos, garantindo alinhamento técnico entre arquitetura, digital e negócio.
  • Participar de PoCs para validar implementações, incluindo componentes aplicacionais e funcionalidades emergentes relacionadas à automação e IA no atendimento digital.


Experiência, conhecimentos e formação:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Arquitetura de Software, Engenharia de Dados, Inteligência Artificial ou Transformação Digital.
  • Experiência sólida na elaboração e manutenção de arquiteturas de referência corporativas, com foco aplicacional e funcional.
  • Vivência em definição de padrões arquiteturais, governança técnica e alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.
  • Experiência em apoiar múltiplas equipes na definição de soluções, avaliando requisitos, gaps e riscos tecnológicos.
  • Histórico na evolução de arquiteturas corporativas, propondo melhorias com base em práticas de mercado e tendências tecnológicas.
  • Atuação colaborativa com times multidisciplinares, contribuindo para decisões técnicas estratégicas.
  • Participação em PoCs e validação de soluções em cenários complexos.
  • Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte, preferencialmente com exposição a iniciativas digitais e aplicações de média/alta complexidade
