Estamos em busca de uma pessoa especialista em departamento pessoal que será responsável pela gestão técnica da área de People Operations, garantindo as entregas em conformidade, em tempo hábil e com o mais alto grau de precisão, atuando de forma estratégica com os times, disponibilizando informações e dados para tomada de decisão e impulsionar a melhoria das automações nos processos.

What you will be doing:


  • Gestão da folha de pagamentos Brasil e Global/ contratos de trabalho/ Sindicatos (negociação PLR, feriados, Reajuste salarial) / Suporte com legislação trabalhista de todas as empresas do grupo/Auditorias/Atendimento a funcionários, FBP`s, Controllers, HRBP`s/interface entre BP´s e Black Mountain/Auditoria/Processos Trabalhistas
  • Controle dos documentos/contratos/ reports da Folha - Global
  • Enviar comunicados referente a área de People Ops
  • Gestão das políticas: revisão/elaboração para todas as verticais
  • Gestão dos benefícios - global
  • Renovação de contratos de benefícios
  • Elaborar e atualizar Forecast - global
  • Analytics - controle Headcount/Turnover
  • Gestão dos programas de remuneração variável - comissões e bônus
  • Acompanhamento/revisão da tabela salarial/pesquisa salarial e estudos para movimentações salariais de mérito e promoção
  • Suporte aos sistemas de Folha/RH


What you´ll need to succeed in this role:


  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista de diferentes localidades;
  • Experiência em gestão de processos de folha de pagamento, benefícios e remuneração;
  • Experiência em sistemas de folha/ERP e outros;
  • Experiência com elaboração de reports de custos mensais e budget;
  • Bom relacionamento para trabalho em equipe;
  • Criatividade para melhorias de processos e procedimentos da área;
  • Habilidade em desenvolver soluções com base nas melhores práticas e feedback dos clientes;
  • Capacidade de influenciar e construir confiança com pessoas em todos os níveis dentro da organização;
  • Fortes habilidades em apresentação, comunicação e facilitação de grupos;
  • Capacidade de lidar com várias tarefas e um ambiente dinâmico.

Qualifications

  • Ensino superior em áreas correlatas
  • +8 anos de experiência
  • Inglês fluente
