Job description:

We’re Hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Brazil)

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brazil Time)

Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and have a technical background? We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our Portuguese & Spanish-speaking clients.

What You’ll Do

Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth start

Provide top-notch customer support

Cross-sell & up-sell to drive growth

Troubleshoot technical issues and train clients

Document processes & share insights with our team

What We’re Looking For

Technical degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar)

Strong technical & problem-solving skills

Excellent communication in Portuguese & Spanish (English is a plus)

Passion for customer success and growth
