Para impulsionar ainda mais nosso alcance, estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Growth Marketing, que será peça-chave na geração de leads qualificados e no crescimento do nosso pipeline inbound.


Sobre a vaga:


Como Analista de Growth Marketing, você será responsável por implementar estratégias e testes de marketing de performance, colaborando diretamente com nossa agência de tráfego terceirizada para atrair novas empresas interessadas na solução da Gibb.


Responsabilidades:


  • Gerenciar campanhas de marketing digital em colaboração com a agência de tráfego, focando em resultados e otimizações constantes.


  • Implementar estratégias de aquisição de leads inbound, utilizando canais como Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads e SEO.


  • Criar, acompanhar e analisar métricas de desempenho (CPC, CAC, ROI, LTV, CTR, CPA etc.) e propor melhorias para aumentar a eficiência das campanhas.


  • Planejar e executar testes A/B para otimização de campanhas, páginas de destino e conteúdos voltados para conversão.


  • Análise de concorrência e explorar oportunidades de crescimento no nicho, gostamos de pessoas criativas e com apetite ao risco


  • Responsável pela gestão e estruturação das campanhas e funis de aquisição de e-mail marketing.


  • Colaborar com os times internos para criar materiais de apoio e garantir que a jornada do cliente esteja alinhada ao funil de vendas.


  • Identificar tendências de mercado e novas oportunidades para expandir os canais de aquisição.


O que buscamos:


  • Experiência prévia em marketing de performance, com foco em campanhas de aquisição.


  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e gestão de tráfego, como Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads e LinkedIn Ads.


  • Habilidade em análise de dados e otimização de campanhas.


  • Experiência em prototipação de landing pages (Brizy, Figma) para trabalhar juntamente com o time de UX/UI.


  • Experiência com automação de marketing e CRM (usamos HubSpot).


  • Implementação e gerenciamento de UTMs, TAGs e Pixel para trackeamento de campanhas.


  • Perfil analítico, criativo e orientado a resultados.


  • Familiaridade com estratégias de SEO e conteúdo será um diferencial.
