Performance Marketing Director Part-Time

A Mirantis está em busca de um Performance Marketing Director (Part-Time) altamente analítico, orientado por dados e focado em resultados para liderar nossa estratégia de mídia paga em múltiplos canais. Este papel é ideal para profissionais que dominam números, entendem funis de conversão e conseguem gerar crescimento mensurável com recursos otimizados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e otimizar estratégias de mídia paga (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Gerenciar orçamentos, prever resultados e garantir execução com foco em ROAS
  • Conduzir testes A/B, otimização de funil, melhorias em landing pages e segmentação de audiência
  • Criar e acompanhar dashboards de CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV e análises de cohort
  • Colaborar com as equipes de produto, conteúdo e analytics para alinhar prioridades de crescimento
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de expansão e escalar campanhas de alto desempenho

Requisitos:

  • 5+ anos de experiência em performance marketing ou liderança em mídia paga
  • Forte domínio de Google Ads e Meta Ads (obrigatório)
  • Histórico comprovado de gestão de orçamento, escala de campanhas e melhoria de ROAS
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados, criar dashboards e tomar decisões rápidas baseadas em insights
  • Experiência com modelos de atribuição, automação e testes de performance
  • Capaz de trabalhar remotamente, em modelo part-time e com diferentes fusos horários
