Contexto da vaga de emprego:

Unlimitail é a joint venture entre o Grupo Carrefour e o Grupo Publicis com o objetivo de se tornar líder no mercado de mídia varejista na Europa e na América Latina (LATAM). Ao reunir o poder dos ativos e tráfego do Carrefour Links Instore e do comércio eletrônico, combinados com as tecnologias de mídia varejista on-site e off-site da Publicis CitrusAd e da Epsilon, a Unlimitail tem como objetivo se tornar o principal player de mídia varejista na Europa e na América do Sul, tanto nos canais físicos quanto digitais.

Missão:

O In-Store Associate Account Manager é o parceiro responsável pela coordenação operacional do projeto, desde o planejamento até a implementação da operação dentro da loja. Tornar o desenvolvimento do projeto uma experiência tranquila e sutil é essencial para impulsionar o engajamento do cliente, a conscientização da marca e as vendas.


Principais Atividades:

Planejamento e Estratégia de Campanha:

  • Colaborar com a equipe interna para entender os objetivos da campanha, o público-alvo e a mensagem.
  • Organizar todas as etapas de implementação com o parceiro, seguindo o retroplanejamento.
  • Aprovação das artes e etapas da campanha junto aos clientes.
  • Forte controle de SLA’s e Orçamentos, para garantir uma boa estratégia e entrega de campanha.


Execução nas Lojas e Visual Merchandising:

  • Gerenciar os materiais criativos (desde a criação até a implementação).
  • Garantir conformidade com os padrões de visual merchandising e diretrizes da marca.
  • Coordenar a implementação de visuais e displays de campanha nas lojas de varejo.
  • Realizar visitas às lojas e ajudar a equipe local a reorganizar, se necessário.


Relatórios e Insights:

  • Preparar relatórios e apresentações finais para comunicar os resultados da campanha.
  • Identificar áreas de melhoria e otimização para campanhas futuras.


Gestão de Fornecedores e Stakeholders:

  • Desenvolver rede de fornecedores com foco em qualidade, redução de custos e melhores SLAs.
  • Interagir com fornecedores e parceiros externos para garantir a entrega pontual dos materiais e recursos da campanha.
  • Colaborar com gerentes e equipes de loja para alinhar os esforços de execução da campanha.
  • Cultivar relacionamentos com stakeholders-chave e parceiros externos para melhorar a eficácia da entrega das campanhas.


Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Organização é fundamental: fortes habilidades de gestão de projetos para planejar, organizar, antecipar e executar múltiplas campanhas simultaneamente e cumprir prazos.
  • Comunicação: excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para colaborar com equipes internas, partes interessadas e fornecedores externos.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpessoais.
  • Indústria Varejista: compreensão da indústria varejista, incluindo operações em lojas, visual merchandising e experiência do cliente.
  • Campanhas de Marketing: familiaridade com estratégias, táticas e melhores práticas de campanhas de marketing, especialmente no setor de mídia varejista.
  • Inglês Intermediário.


Perfil Preferencial:

  • Bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Gestão de Operações ou área relacionada (exemplo: Publicidade).
  • 1-2 anos de experiência comprovada em gestão de campanhas e operações na indústria varejista.

Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de se desenvolver em um ambiente orientado para resultados e ritmo acelerado.
