US-based law firm seeks Junior Assistant for outsourced remote work.

Requirements:

Advanced level of English writing skills

Upper-intermediate of English speaking

Fluent Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree

No professional experience required (internship is valuable)

Contract as a third-party service provider

Proper office setting at home

Up-to-date computer specs and configuration

Official Microsoft license

Broadband internet connection

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Client communication and translations.

Prepare, draft, review, submit legal documents.

General support for the legal team staff and attorneys.
