About the role

  • Evaluate the quality of our marketplace and spot potential errors and improvements
  • Act as the final check before launching core experiences in our American markets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assure outstanding quality of all our events
  • Review that plan descriptions are consistent and well explained and our customers have all the necessary information when buying a plan
  • Validate that the information and our events set up is coherent and correct
  • Carry out testing of our marketplace in different cities

About You

  • You can work on an afternoon schedule (14:00 a 22:00h)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Order and organizational capacity of assigned tasks
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role
  • Advanced English speaker
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • You are a go-ahead type of person, organized and motivated
