Where you Fit In:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our business strategy, leading sales efforts, and representing the company on industry panels and forums. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the B2B online gambling industry in Brazil, a deep understanding of the market, and a robust network of industry contacts. You will be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

The impact you will have:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the Brazilian market. Represent the company at industry events, panels, and forums, establishing the company as a thought leader in the online gambling sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the online gambling industry. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the B2B online gambling industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Deep understanding of the online gambling market in Brazil, including regulatory environment, market trends, and key players. Extensive network of contacts within the Brazilian online gambling industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.
