Business Development RepresentativeIf you’re proactive, motivated, and love building connections, this role is for you. You’ll play a big part in driving new business opportunities and helping our sales team reach the right clients.What You’ll Be Doing:Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new businessResearch and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact informationConduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clientsCoordinate and schedule meetings for the sales teamMaintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRMWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience using Google Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)Preferably familiar with tools like YAMM (for email campaigns) and QuickBooksAvailable to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer__________________________________________________________________________________2.) Sales Coordinator (NetSuite Experience Required)If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive on keeping sales processes running smoothly, you’ll shine in this role. You’ll help manage client accounts, prepare documentation, and ensure everything behind the scenes flows seamlessly.What You’ll Be Doing:Conduct outbound calls and assist with prospecting for new accountsSupport the sales team by preparing contracts, proposals, and follow-up communicationsProcess orders and ensure accuracy in all sales documentationHandle client inquiries and maintain strong relationshipsMaintain and update CRM systems (NetSuite experience is required)What We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsProven experience in sales support, coordination, or account managementExperience with order processing, CRM management (especially NetSuite), and customer serviceAvailable to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer__________________________________________________________________________________Technical Requirements (for both roles)Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g., Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment for power or internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Competitive CompensationWe offer a competitive monthly salary with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.How to ApplyPlease complete an application through our careers page:Business Development RepresentativeSales CoordinatorOR, send over your most updated resume and let our Recruiters match you with what suits you best
