software for IT teams, is looking to add a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer with strong expertise Infrastructure testing. You will collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify issues, implement testing strategies, and maintain a high standard quality. You will help as a subject matter expert on the tools used for testing, as well as the testing approaches, methodologies, and requirements.
Experience and Education:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related experience.
- 4+ years of QA experience.
- Infrastructure testing experience.
- Extensive experience in manual software testing across a variety of project and domains.
- Expertise in creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Proficiency in using manual testing tools and frameworks.

- Identify, prioritize, and report defects accurately, including clear steps to reproduce and severity assessments.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate test data for testing, including the creation, modification, and validation of test data sets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance manual testing processes, implement industry best practices, and contribute to overall infrastructure quality improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.
