Atuar como orientador em todos os processos de Gestão de Pessoas, visando a busca por soluções inovadoras, redução nos indicadores de rotatividade e absenteísmo institucionais e o atingimento das metas, agregando valor ao negócio e melhora no clima institucional.


Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Interagir com o gestor e atuar como facilitador do processo e parceiro no negócio;
  • Buscar o compromisso de cada gestor para o alcance dos resultados da sua área no que se refere aos indicadores e processos de gestão de pessoas, tais como: treinamento, absenteísmo, seleção, planos de carreira e demissões;
  • Assessorar o gestor no desenvolvimento de sua carreira e da sua equipe;
  • Garantir a aplicação das políticas e rotinas de gestão de pessoas, propondo melhorias sempre que necessário;
  • Monitorar e contribuir para a gestão do clima das áreas clientes, no acompanhamento dos planos de ação e na manutenção do ambiente de trabalho;
  • Interagir com os subsistemas da área de gestão de pessoas para a busca de respostas ágeis às áreas clientes;
  • Desenvolver em parceria com a Gerência de Gestão de Pessoas o plano diretor de gestão de pessoas, alinhada as necessidades institucionais e orçamentária, monitorando-o mensalmente;
  • Identificar necessidades de treinamento institucionais e garantir a sua aplicação.


Requisitos:

  • Formação em Psicologia, Administração, RH ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência comprovada em posições estratégicas de gestão de pessoas na área da saúde;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, gestão de projetos e gestão de mudanças será considerado um diferencial;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e negociação;
  • Orientação para resultados e implementação de práticas de gestão de pessoas eficazes;
  • Habilidades interpessoais destacadas, incluindo empatia e resolução de conflitos;
  • Adaptação e flexibilidade em um ambiente dinâmico.
