· Profundos conhecimentos no módulo SAP WM e MM/

Ter experiência anterior em projetar especificações funcionais e coordenar com desenvolvedores ABAP para interfaces, desenvolvimentos IDOC.

· Ter trabalhado na área de logística, ter implementado processos de melhoria, comprovando resultados.

· Ter condições de avaliar e analisar as solicitações dos usuários por meio de testes e diagnósticos de possíveis falhas e ou impactos, visando garantir a estabilidade dos sistemas

· Ter habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e fazer diversas atividades em paralelo, em um ambiente organizado cumprindo os prazos estabelecidos pela liderança

· Saber como se posicionar e interagir com os analistas de negócios e com a área usuária dos clientes para o entendimento correto do problema reportado ou necessidades reportadas

· Saber planejar e coordenar a execução das requisições de serviço junto ao time de desenvolvimento, sendo o “dono” do processo.

· Ter senioridade para se posicionar junto a área usuária (líderes e liderados), e mantê-los sempre informados do andamento das atividades.

· Ter controle do escopo das atividades

· Seguir o cronograma estabelecido

· Ter senso de urgência

· Saber organizar as atividades, de forma a cumprir os prazos e SLA.

· Saber se posicionar junto a gerência do cliente

· Que saiba trabalhar em equipe.

· Saber organizar, planejar e coordenar os processos de melhoria e pequenos projetos, gerenciando esses processos do começo ao fim.

· Ter hábito de dar feedback constante aos usuários do cliente a respeito do andamento das melhorias, e projetos.

· Acompanhar testes unitários e integrados, a fim de garantir entregáveis conforme escopo validado;

· Ter conhecimento para propor e liderar ações para melhorias de processos e mitigação de riscos.

· Processar os incidentes de forma profissional, atualizando a situação do atendimento ao cliente de forma constante, mantendo alto nível de satisfação do cliente
