Os seus desafios serão:

1.Atender as áreas de negócios, suportado a liderança na gestão dos processos de Recursos Humanos;

2.Aplicar processos e práticas de Employee Experience para garantir a melhor experiência em todos os estágios da jornada dos candidatos e colaboradores;

3.Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: apoiar a gestão da avaliação de desempenho, acompanhamento e suporte nas etapas de avaliação, PDIs, mapeamento de talentos, elaborar e acompanhar cronograma anual de treinamentos, aplicar ações de desenvolvimento das lideranças;

4.Employee Experience: processo de onboarding e acompanhamento dos novos profissionais nos 3 primeiros meses e em desligamentos;

5. Conduzir os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de ponta a ponta para vagas de Cybersecurity: alinhamento de perfil, divulgação das vagas em diferentes plataformas, veículos internos e externos, mapeamento de mercado, hunting de perfis (busca ativa), entrevistas técnicas, propostas e feedbacks;

6.Cultura e Clima: condução do ações de clima e cultura, bem como organização de ações comemorativas;

7.Apoio quando necessário à comunicação interna com informações relevantes.


O que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência em Business Partner de 3 a 5 anos.
  • Conhecimentos em processos de DHO.
  • Graduação completa na área de Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Organização, espírito de liderança e capacidade de negociação.
  • Inglês Avançado
  • Espanhol desejável
