Buscamos Serviço de Business Analyst with RPA que queira aprender e transformar


  • Experiência anterior como Analista de Negócios ou função similar, preferencialmente com exposição a projetos de automação de processos
  • Sólido conhecimento dos conceitos de Robotic Process Automation (RPA), incluindo ferramentas populares como UiPath, Automation Anywhere ou Blue Prism. Experiência prática com uma ou mais dessas plataformas é altamente desejável.
  • Conhecimento básico de programação e compreensão dos princípios de integração de sistemas são vantajosos
  • Conhecimento em SAP é altamente desejável.
  • Conhecimento em Serviço Agora é desejável.
  • Capacidade de analisar processos de negócios complexos, identificar oportunidades de automação e desenvolver soluções eficientes.
  • Familiaridade com processos de negócios em diversas áreas, como finanças, recursos humanos, operações, etc.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com stakeholders em todos os níveis da organização, desde usuários finais até executivos


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifique oportunidades de automação analisando processos de negócios existentes, identificando tarefas repetitivas, manuais e propensas a erros que podem ser automatizadas.
  • Realizar reuniões com as partes interessadas para compreender completamente os requisitos de automação, documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais e validar as necessidades dos usuários em PDDs.
  • Colabore com desenvolvedores de RPA e partes interessadas para projetar soluções de automação eficazes, incluindo mapeamento de fluxos de trabalho, identificação de pontos de integração e definição de métricas de sucesso
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com desenvolvedores de RPA para traduzir requisitos em automações eficazes.
  • Participar de reuniões com o cliente para acompanhamento das demandas que estão em backlog.
