Conduct regular customer maintenance, proactively follow up on client needs, and coordinate the resolution of customer exceptions and complex issues. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery of customer requests. Other tasks assigned by leadership to support overall sales operations. QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Translation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.Good command of Portuguese and EnglishCapable of on-site interpretation and real-time communication.
