This includes knowledge of AKS, virtual machines, load balancers, databases, storage, networking, and security Broad development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) Strong relational database experience using MS SQL Server Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS or similar BI development and reporting tools Strong competency in software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Dev Tools) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization Required Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert - This certification validates skills in designing and implementing DevOps practices for Azure Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - This certification validates skills in designing and implementing solutions that run on Azure Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - This certification validates skills in managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes Experience with retail or wholesale trading systems Main Activities and ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals Support incident, problem, and change management processes Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Retail applications Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes Managing Azure infrastructure and integrations Handling environment management and optimization Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, reliability, and cost Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Implement alerting and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana) Providing support for DevOps operations Demonstrating strong SQL skills Understanding networking concepts and troubleshooting Ensuring digital security and managing vulnerabilities Implementing containerization strategies Writing scripts using Python and PowerShell Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing Essential Skills and Experience 8+ years in technology with strong DevOps and cloud experience Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in Azure and Containerization.
