Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support for indirect procurement and fleet management. Facilitate communication between departments and suppliers; • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure beneficial conditions, pricing, service level and cost reductions. Ensure adherence to company procedures and internal policies; • Create, coordinate and/or support (RFXs) and eAuction events; • Drive sourcing strategies and process improvements to maximize supply base efficiency; • Review and approve new Purchase Requisition submissions through the Procure-to-Pay platform; • Assist with monitoring, triaging, and resolving inquiries within the Procurement help desk; • Provide requisitioner support, as required. Interim support to P2P processes and ERP transition; • Focus on day-to-day operational effectiveness by ensuring timely responses are provided to cross-functional stakeholders and drive issues to resolution; • Support Fleet Operations with administrative governance including contract management and payments. Essential Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering/finance/supply chain/accounting; • Experience in Purchasing/Procurement or similar role; • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end Procurement process including experience in Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management; • Able to demonstrate advanced use of analytical tools; • Strong competencies in communication, interpersonal and negotiation; • Proficiency in English is strongly recommended; • Effective time management and organization skills; • Driver license; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
