Position Title: Finance Business Partner III Location: São Paulo Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)

Position Overview The Finance Business Partner role aims to optimize business financial results by proactively monitoring financial trends, performance metrics and responding with value-added analysis to facilitate decision making. This position is an active contributor to the development of overall business strategy and the day-to-day operations of LATAM business. Specific activities include financial planning and forecasting, operational reviews, commercial analysis, pricing, budgeting, support of strategic initiatives and business expansion, capital expenditures, and providing value-added financial insight to the business leaders.

Scope Supporting Regional LATAM VP/ Global Sales Leader

Primary Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business unit or manufacturing leaders to understand their financial needs, challenges, and objectives. Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making. Lead in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Create financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate potential investments and initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Drive cross-functional projects that involve financial considerations and ensure their successful implementation. Demonstrate Ownership mindset regarding Financial Strategic execution, including focus on NWC and Cashflow. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on financial matters. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field 8 years of experience in finance or accounting (Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Pricing, Commercial Finance, Treasury) Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Excel Fluent in English and Portuguese

Preferred Requirements Master's Degree, CMA or CPA
