Responsável por coletar, tratar, modelar e analisar dados internos e externos para fornecer insights estratégicos ao negócio. Atua na geração de relatórios, indicadores e painéis interativos, contribuindo com a área de planejamento, comercial, marketing e alta gestão para tomadas de decisão baseadas em dados.


Responsabilidades

· Realizar análise de dados quantitativos e qualitativos de diferentes áreas (comercial, financeira, operacional etc.);

· Desenvolver e manter dashboards em ferramentas de BI (ex: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView);

· Criar relatórios gerenciais e análises preditivas para apoio à estratégia de negócios;

· Identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos, crescimento de receita e redução de custos;

· Realizar cruzamentos de dados internos e externos (mercado, concorrência, clientes);

· Estruturar bases de dados e garantir a integridade e consistência das informações;

· Acompanhar e reportar KPIs estratégicos para as lideranças;

· Apoiar as áreas de vendas e marketing na definição de metas, segmentação de clientes e projeções de mercado.


Qualificações

· Ensino superior completo em Estatística, Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;


· Domínio em ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel avançado, SQL, Power BI, etc.);


· Desejável conhecimento em linguagens de programação (Python, R);


· Experiência com modelagem de dados e indicadores de performance;


· Capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e visão de negócio.
