Position Overview


We are seeking a visionary and driven Head of Growth and Co-Founder to join our remote team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, driving user acquisition, and optimizing revenue streams. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of FleetPay and make a significant impact in the fintech and transportation industries.


Responsibilities


- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and optimize the user experience

- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

- Establish and maintain partnerships with key industry players to expand Fleetpay's reach and market share

- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing

- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions

- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Represent Fleetpay at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership


Requirements


- Proven track record of driving growth and user acquisition in a startup environment, preferably in the fintech or transportation industry

- Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies, user acquisition channels, and conversion optimization techniques

- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities

- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, remote environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks

- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics and KPIs

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
