As a Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate financial records for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have experience working with QuickBooks and possess a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to the success of a growing accounting firm.Responsibilities:Utilize QuickBooks to prepare and maintain accurate financial records for our clients.Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, including bank reconciliations, data entry, and payroll processing.Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.Monitor and analyze expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements for client review and analysis.Provide timely and accurate financial information to clients to support their decision-making processes.Maintain confidentiality of client financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or related field.10+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
