Estamos em busca de um(a) AI/ML Developer para atuar em projetos diversos envolvendo soluções baseadas em GenAI, LLMs e Machine Learning. O(a) profissional terá a oportunidade de trabalhar em iniciativas inovadoras, explorando diferentes contextos e desafios, desde análise de documentos até sistemas de recomendação e detecção de padrões, sempre em ambientes de larga escala na nuvem AWS.

O papel envolve desde a construção e experimentação de modelos até o desenvolvimento de pipelines e fluxos multi-agente, garantindo robustez, rastreabilidade, segurança e governança nas soluções implementadas.


Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções baseadas em GenAI e LLMs comerciais.
  • Construir pipelines e fluxos multi-agente para processamento de dados e integração entre sistemas.
  • Explorar, testar e avaliar diferentes estratégias de prompt engineering.
  • Trabalhar com arquiteturas e serviços AWS em cenários de alta complexidade e escala.
  • Colaborar com times multifuncionais para definição de requisitos técnicos e boas práticas.
  • Garantir padrões de codificação, rastreabilidade, segurança e governança nas soluções desenvolvidas.


Requisitos

  • Experiência prática com GenAI e uso de LLMs comerciais.
  • Vivência na construção de pipelines e fluxos multi-agente.
  • Capacidade de experimentação e análise crítica de estratégias de prompt.
  • Forte domínio de arquitetura e serviços AWS, incluindo:
  • Compute e Orquestração: EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge
  • Armazenamento e Dados: S3, Redshift, OpenSearch
  • GenAI e ML: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract (diferenciais)
  • Governança: IAM, CloudWatch
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação com times e stakeholders internacionais.
