We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape. As a senior executive, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial success within organizations.


Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy and Oversight:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligning with organizational goals.

- Oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Produce clear and insightful financial reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, and yearly).

- Analyze financial data and present key insights to the executive team and board of directors.

3. Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial liquidity.

- Implement strategies to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws.

5. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Provide guidance on complex financial decisions and initiatives.

6. Tax Planning and Compliance:

- Oversee tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.

7. Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners to support financial objectives.


Qualifications

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

2. Experience:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on leadership roles.

- Proven track record of success in driving financial performance.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and advanced knowledge of financial software/systems.

- Experience with enterprise-level financial management systems.

4. Analytical and Organizational Skills:

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive strategic financial initiatives.

5. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
