We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Specialist Senior, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, remote in the city of São Paulo or On-site in the city of Londrina.


What you'll do:

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.
  • Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements.
  • Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.
  • Test new features and implement changes securely.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph.
  • Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.
  • Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
  • Fluent in English
  • 100% Remote
