Atividades:
- Assegurar que as políticas e boas práticas de tecnologia tais como e não limitante: segurança da informação, infraestrutura e arquitetura estejam sendo seguidas
- Apoiar a gestão do planejamento e controle dos custos da área, através de revisões de custos, gestão de fornecedores e ações de melhoria, otimização e eficiência operacional e financeira dos produtos digitais
- Contribuir com a jornada de transformação digital e cultural da cia, trazendo ideias inovadoras que melhorem nossa eficiência operacional e financeira, otimize processos e esforço das equipes, e eleve a produtividade de nosso cliente interno
- Estar a par do funcionamento do negócio para poder tomar as decisões mais assertivas, considerando tanto o cenário interno quanto o do cliente
- Passar conhecimento técnico para o time, a fim de capacitar as pessoas para desenvolver trabalhos consistentes e de qualidade
- Conduzir e entregar grandes e complexos projetos
- Ser ponte entre outros times, o cliente e o time de tecnologia, sempre levando, da melhor forma possível, as informações relevantes para as tomadas de decisões
- Analisar os processos internos e propor melhorias, quando necessário
- Trazer inovações tecnológicas para dentro da empresa, incentivando processos mais rápidos e adequados
- Liderar o time, sempre com o intuito de manter um ambiente colaborativo e focado nas entregas
Requisitos:
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de software - Java - Oracle (PL / SQL) - APIs e Angular.
- Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis
- Conhecer o Framework do SCRUM;
- Ter experiência como Líder Técnico;
- Bagagem técnica com Oracle ;
- Bagagem técnica com JAVA , sendo esse item e o mais importante.
