Job Title: UAR Analyst (SailPoint & Okta)

Location: Remote

Department: Identity & Access Management (IAM)

$25 - $30/hr on W2

Role Summary: The UAR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the UAR Program Lead by managing daily activities associated with the User Access Review (UAR) process. They will work directly with SailPoint and Okta to monitor reviews, handle user access, and escalate issues. They will also assist with implementing automation and AI-based solutions to reduce the manual workload.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and monitor UAR campaign progression and resolve any review delays.
2. Use SailPoint to track user access and identify risks or irregularities that need review.
3. Implement AI-based risk scoring to prioritize high-risk reviews and streamline the workload.
4. Assist in data classification and refining privacy data handling to reduce unnecessary reviews.
5. Automate UAR workflows using tools like Workato to trigger UAR processes, escalate delays, and remove access when required.
6. Prepare documentation for audits and ensure that UAR processes are compliant with FTC/financial regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience with SailPoint and Okta in a UAR support role.
2. Strong attention to detail with excellent process management skills.
3. Experience with automation tools (Workato) and AI-based risk management tools is a plus.
4. Knowledge of compliance requirements (privacy, FTC, and financial audits).
5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
