Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Latin America (100% Remote working PST Hours)

Rate: $28-$34hr USD



Required Skills and Experience *

- 6+ years of experience as a Senior SRE/Software Engineer

- Experience with Datadog and observability tools

- Strong coding experience using Golang

- Strong coding experience with Typescript

- Experience with AWS & Cloud infrastructure, EC2, EKS

- Strong Kubernetes Experience

- Experience with Istio for Service Mesh

- Experience with MongoDB for other NoSQL Databases




Nice to Have Skills and Experience

- Media or Entertainment


Job Description *

A large entertainment client is looking to add a SRE/Software Engineer to the Reliability Engineering, Observability, and Cloud Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for leading the teams, coding, developing, and heavy problem-solving skills. This person should be experience with Golang as a language and also have a heavy Cloud infrastructure background with AWS and other languages like Node.js and Typescript. Someone who is a self-starter and very clear communication and also Istio experience. This is a heavy Agile environment.


Compensation:

$28hr to $34hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
