Perfil Técnico:

  • Preparar designs abrangentes, incluindo considerações sobre banco de dados, serviços e performance, utilizando tecnologias como Python, Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, SQL, e integração de APIs RESTful.
  • Identificar obstáculos e informar o Gerente de Programa sobre alterações no cronograma e no escopo.
  • Trabalhar dentro dos parâmetros de planejamento e relatórios de status estabelecidos pelo Gerente de Programa.
  • Colaborar com o Scrum Master para otimizar a velocidade da equipe e permitir a melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar como desenvolvedor líder – conduzir revisões de código, garantir que o código siga as melhores práticas e trabalhar com Arquitetos e a equipe para estabelecer frameworks.
  • Identificar decisões-chave de design/implementação e trabalhar para reduzir riscos e atingir os objetivos.
  • Colaborar com Analistas de Negócios e Proprietário do Negócio para decisões de funcionalidades e esclarecimentos funcionais.
  • Garantir que a equipe siga os padrões de repositório de código e ferramentas ágeis definidos pelo programa, utilizando Git e outros repositórios de código.
  • Confirmar a implementação dos casos de teste e garantir o desenvolvimento de testes unitários, monitorando a cobertura.
  • Trabalhar com o pessoal de QA para identificar oportunidades de automação e monitorar defeitos da equipe, defendendo a qualidade.
  • Facilitar a transição da funcionalidade de release para as Equipes de Suporte de Produção e auxiliar com questões prioritárias de produção.
  • Experiência anterior como líder de desenvolvimento de software com experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações web transacionais de alta performance utilizando JavaScript, Java, SQL, e tecnologias de cloud como AWS e GCP.
  • Experiência em projetar aplicações web e plataformas de serviços, incluindo microserviços e design de APIs RESTful.
  • Habilidades sólidas em liderança, comunicação, colaboração e resolução de problemas, com um histórico comprovado de entrega e responsabilidade.
  • Familiaridade com padrões de design de implementação e desafios de performance, incluindo Clean Architecture, SOLID, e Design Patterns.
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em trabalho com equipes distribuídas e 5 anos de experiência trabalhando com metodologias ágeis Scrum.
  • Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a servidores e aplicações em plataformas web, com capacidade para definir e integrar com APIs e serviços REST.
  • Domínio de repositórios de código como Subversion/Git e repositórios de artefatos.


Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master is a Plus
