Executive Operator – Founder Office📍 São Paulo (In-person) • ✈️ Ability to travel internationallyCompany: Umatch (Global AI Dating Platform – Product-led)About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, and reliable Executive Operator to work directly with our Founder & CEO.This is a hands-on operational role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, removing obstacles, and bringing clarity to a fast-paced environment.You will work across operations, administration, logistics, product organization, and internal communication - ensuring the founder can focus on Product Engineering, Fundraising, Key Hires, and non-reversible decisions.This is not a political, managerial, or strategy-only job.This is a high-impact execution role for someone who takes pride in getting things done.What You’ll DoOrganize the founder’s agenda, priorities, meetings, and travelPrepare meetings with context, documents, and follow-upsCoordinate internal tasks, documentation, and information flowManage operational routines (contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, finance)Solve problems quickly - from simple tasks to complex issuesSupport product & engineering with documentation and organizationMaintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignmentHandle ad hoc tasks that keep the company running smoothlyAct as the founder’s execution partner in all non-core areasWe’re Looking For Someone WhoIs extremely organized and detail-orientedLearns fast and adapts even fasterCommunicates clearly and directlyLoves operational work and making things runHas strong English and writing skillsBalances autonomy with responsibilityIs emotionally stable, humble, and ego-freeThrives in a dynamic, high-speed environmentHas excellent judgment and ethicsCan travel when neededMust-HavesExperience in operations, coordination, or project managementHigh sense of ownershipStrong hands-on executionDigital organization mastery (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)What This Role Is NOT❌ Not a Chief of Staff❌ Not a managerial position❌ Not a co-founder track❌ Not a purely strategic role❌ Not for people who avoid hands-on tasksWhy This Role MattersOur founder operates at extremely high intensity in Product Engineering, Culture, Key Hires, and Fundraising.Your mission is to clear every obstacle so he can stay fully focused on building the next generation of global AI-driven products.If you’re a fast, sharp, and reliable operator who loves making things work - we want to meet you.
