We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Functional Expert to join our team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Process, Industrial or relate Engineering discipline
- 5+ years’ design, quality control, project experience in manufacturing industry ideally in CPG/Food/Pharma
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
- History of progressive responsibility a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and knowledge on digital technologies
- Good understanding of Factory IT/OT, MES, ERP System
Good if you have:
- Experience / good understanding on digital technology stack, esp. Azure Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
Expectations from the role:
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and user requirements.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
- Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process
- Create processes and procedures to help the customer meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas
- Work on technical solutions and innovation which match the business requirements in alignment with regional team to design and develop new solutions, PoC or pilots alongside the creative team
