We are a dynamic and creative company looking for a Social Media & Google Ads Marketing Specialist to join our team on a remote and part-time basis. If you are passionate about online marketing, content creation, and Google Ads, and want to grow your career in a flexible work environment, we would love to have you on board

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage, grow, and optimize the company’s social media accounts.
  • Create and edit engaging content (posts, images, videos) to attract followers and potential customers.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and performance.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media and Google Ads campaigns, providing regular reports on results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and Google Ads, and apply them to the company’s strategy.
  • Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience in social media marketing and Google Ads is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Basic design skills (familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a bonus).
  • Excellent writing skills, especially for creating engaging and clear content.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of a flexible work environment.
